No, you do not need to be at home as long as we have a safe and approved way to access the property. Many of our customers provide entry instructions in advance so their cleaning can be completed while they are away. If you prefer to be present, that is perfectly fine as well. We are happy to work with whatever is most comfortable and convenient for you.
No, you are not required to provide cleaning supplies. Our cleaners can bring the necessary cleaning products and equipment needed for your service.
However, if you have specific products you prefer us to use, or if your home requires special cleaning instructions, you can let us know when booking. We are happy to follow your preferences whenever possible.
Yes. We can provide green cleaning products at no extra cost upon request.

You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning service without a penalty as long as it is done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning, the following fees may apply:
Residential Cleaning:
A $60 fee per cleaner may apply for maid service, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and Airbnb/vacation rental cleaning.
Commercial Cleaning:
A $100 fee per cleaner may apply for office cleaning, routine business cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and pre/post event cleaning.
Appointments canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled cleaning may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service price.
This policy helps us respect our cleaners’ time and keep our schedule available for other customers.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our secure online booking system. You can book online using our live pricing and real-time scheduling pages, or contact us directly to schedule your service.
We also accept cash or check at the time of service.
